Shipping Policy

At ILARA, we aim to deliver your orders as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review the shipping policy below for details on order processing and delivery.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days after the order is placed.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking details via email or SMS.

Please note that orders placed during sales, holidays, or high-demand periods may require slightly longer processing times.

Pre-Orders

Some ILARA pieces may be available on a pre-order basis.

Pre-order items require approximately 2 weeks for preparation before dispatch. Once ready, the order will be shipped and delivered according to the standard shipping timelines.

If your order includes both ready-to-ship and pre-order items, the entire order may be shipped once the pre-order item is ready.

Shipping Within the UK

We ship across the United Kingdom using trusted courier services.

Estimated delivery time within the UK is 2–5 working days after dispatch.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery location and package size.

International Shipping

ILARA offers international shipping to selected countries.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and may take approximately 5–10 working days after dispatch.

Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import charges may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Customs processing

  • Courier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • High shipping volumes

  • Global logistics disruptions

ILARA will not be held responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs authorities.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of placing the order.

ILARA cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the parcel.

Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses to accept the order at the time of delivery, ILARA will not be responsible for refunding the order amount or shipping charges.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be shared with you so you can monitor the delivery status.
